Leading lights of the late UK '80s acoustic music revival, Miro reflected pastoral traditions with a string section, guitars and Nick Drake-influenced songs, composed by the leader, Roddy Harris. The press were fond of using phrases like ‘Music for a Kensington bedsit’ to describe their appeal.
