Discovered by Paul Sabu ( Only Child, Sabu), this Switzerland-born, US-based vocalist (b. Alexa Anastasia) combined hard rock overtures with pop hooks. Trading on a strong visual image, Sabu was again on hand to produce her self-titled debut album, which invited further comparisons to Lita Ford, Lee Aaron and other top-flight female larynxes. However, poor sales have ensured that it has been difficult to trace her movements since its release.
